Capture the lesson before it fades.

Reloom is a quick debrief for the minutes after a coaching session, a workshop or a hard conversation. Talk it through for two minutes. Get back what happened, what mattered, and one thing to try next time.

You walk out with ten observations. By next week, two survive.

The moment the room went quiet. The exercise that finally landed. The thing you meant to say to one participant, privately. Right after the session, all of it is vivid. A few days later it has faded to “it went fine”, and the next session starts from scratch.

Reloom gives those observations somewhere to land, in the few minutes you actually have between one thing and the next.

How it works

Two minutes of talking. A debrief you can use.

01

Say it while it’s fresh

Record a quick voice note, or type. Ramble if you like: you can tidy the transcript before anything is analysed. Stuck for a start? Prompts like “What mattered?” and “Repeat or change?” get you going.

02

Get a debrief built from your own words

Reloom sorts what you said into what happened, what mattered, what worked, what was hard and what to do next time, and ends with one small experiment for your next session.

Every point comes with the quotes it’s based on, so you can see exactly where it came from.

03

Talk it through, if you want to

Some sessions leave more than lessons. The empathy conversation reflects back what you might be feeling and checks whether it’s close, instead of jumping to advice. Reply by typing or by voice, and hear its replies spoken back to you.

04

Find it again before the next one

Every debrief lands in your history. Group reflections into areas like Workshops or 1:1 coaching, tag them, and filter when you’re preparing for a similar session.

How it talks to you

A debrief, not a verdict

No scores, no grades

It describes what happened without rating you. No “great job!”, no “this failed”.

What you saw, kept apart from what it infers

When it’s interpreting rather than repeating you, it says so: “it sounds like…”.

Advice only when you ask

The empathy conversation listens first. Nobody hands you a five-step plan while you’re still working out what you feel.

Privacy

Your reflections stay with you

What you say after a session is often about other people, and about yourself at your least polished. Reloom is built around that.

  • Your history is saved in your browser, on your device. It isn’t stored on our servers.
  • Your words go to our AI providers only when you ask for a transcript, a debrief or a reply.
  • Recordings are sent for transcription and not kept by Reloom.
  • We don’t use what you write for advertising or to build a profile of you.

The trade-off, plainly: your history lives in the browser where you created it. If you clear it, it’s gone.

Who it’s for
